Dr. Koehler pursued his undergraduate degree in Zoology at Louisiana Tech University in Ruston, LA, medical degree at LSU School of Medicine in New Orleans, and MBA at University of Phoenix in Orem, UT.  He practiced Family Medicine from 1982 through 2004.  His pathology residency was at University of Mississippi in Jackson (2004-08) and Surgical Pathology fellowship at Johns Hopkins Hospitals in Baltimore.  Dr. Koehler is licensed in Louisiana, Utah and Idaho.
